SAN DIEGO, Calif., April 30, 2026 – AscentX Medical, Inc., a technology-focused regenerative biomaterials company, today announced it has entered into a distribution agreement with IPKISS, granting IPKISS distribution rights in China and select Asian markets for certain investigational regenerative aesthetic platform products, which may be commercialized only following the receipt of required regulatory approvals in the applicable jurisdictions.
Under the agreement, IPKISS will serve as Ascentx’s distribution partner for China and other designated Asian markets. The agreement supports Ascentx’s strategy to pursue regional commercialization through experienced local partners while the Company continues to advance its development and regulatory activities, and prioritizes its therapeutic pipeline programs.
“Establishing a distribution relationship in Asia aligns with our strategy to out-license certain aesthetic products while sharpening our primary focus on pipeline therapeutic programs targeting gastroesophageal reflux disease, stress urinary incontinence, and fecal incontinence -each leveraging a common underlying mechanism of action based on preclinical research,” said Larry J.
